🔀 Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1️⃣: To use the review feature, it must first be activated at company level
- Navigate to Settings → Company Settings
- Navigate to the tab Work Instruction Settings
- Enable the option “Require review”
- From now on, all instructions will require approval before going live.
📌 Tip: Only administrators can activate this setting.

Step 2️⃣: Assign Role "Reviewer"
- Navigate to the tab Users
- Create a new role or edit an existing one
- Include the right "Work Instruction Approval"
- Safe the new role
- Go to the user overview
- Assign new role to the reviewer

Step 3️⃣: Submit a Work Instruction for Review
- Go to Instruction Editor
- Edit your instruction and select “Publish”
- Optional: leave annotations and comments for the reviewer
- Submit your review with "Save and start review"
- The system creates a new revision with status “In Review”
- The instruction remains inactive until approved
📌 The editor can still make changes to the revision before it is approved.

Step 4️⃣: Approve or Reject a Revision
Users with the permission “Work Instructions Approval” will now:
- Receive an email notification when a new revision is submitted
- Navigate to Management → Instructions → Reviews
- Review the proposed instruction and click either “Accept” or “Reject”
📌 Tip: If approved, the revision becomes active immediately. The instruction creator will also receive an email notification.

If rejected:
The instruction remains inactive
The creator receives a notification
The revision can be updated and resubmitted for review
Setago automatically logs:
Who submitted the revision
Who approved or rejected it
When the action took place
Which version was affected
📌 This ensures full traceability and helps with audit preparation.
