Setago allows you to create multilingual work instructions so workers
can execute tasks in their preferred language. With manual translations
and an auto-translate feature, you can ensure clarity, reduce
misinterpretations, and enhance efficiency across different teams.

π Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1οΈβ£: Configure your Languages
- Navigate to "Translation" in the navigation bar.
- The "Settings" page will show up.
- Select your Account Language. This is your primary language.
- Click add language, to add a language which will be shown as translatable for work instructions and elements.
π Tip: If a translation is missing, Setago defaults to the primary language.

Step 2οΈβ£: Enter Translations for Work Instructions
- Click on "Translation" >Β "Work instructions"
- Select a work instruction you want to translate.
- Optional: hide existing translations/ show only missing translations.
- Select the the translation language on the upper right corner.
- On the left side the the default language is shown.
- On the right side the translation fields for the selected language.
- Either translate the instruction elements one by one manually
- Or click on Auto translate
- The Auto translate will fill out the fields automatically, but will not save them automatically, so you have a chance to manually correct faulty translations before saving.
- Save changes.
π Tip: Auto-Translate helps speed up the process, but manual adjustments may be needed for accuracy.

Step 3οΈβ£: Enter Translations for Elements
- Click on "Translation" > "Elements"
- Select an element type you want to translate.
- Optional: hide existing translations/ show only missing translations.
- Select the the translation language on the upper right corner.
- On the left side the the default language is shown.
- On the right side the translation fields for the selected language.
- Either translate the elements one by one manually
- Or click on Auto translate
- TheAuto translate will fill out the fields automatically, but will not

Step 4οΈβ£: How Workers Select & See Translated Instructions
Option 1: Select your language before execution
- Navigate to "Manufacturing" as operator
- Click on "Settings" which is placed above the search field.
- Change the selected language.
- Select work instruction.
- Click "Execute".
Option 2: Switch language during execution
- During a work instruction execution.
- Click on language abbreviation on the upper left corner.
- Select the language you want to have displayed.
- Continue execution.
π Tip: If a translation is missing, Setago defaults to the primary language.
