Setago allows you to create multilingual work instructions so workers
can execute tasks in their preferred language. With manual translations and an auto-translate feature, you can ensure clarity, reduce misinterpretations, and enhance efficiency across different teams.

πŸ”€ Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1️⃣: Configure your Languages

  1. Navigate to "Translation" in the navigation bar.
  2. The "Settings" page will show up.
  3. Select your Account Language. This is your primary language.
  4. Click add language, to add a language which will be shown as translatable for work instructions and elements.


πŸ“Œ Tip: If a translation is missing, Setago defaults to the primary language.

Step 2️⃣: Enter Translations for Work Instructions

  1. Click on "Translation" >Β  "Work instructions"
  2. Select a work instruction you want to translate.
  3. Optional: hide existing translations/ show only missing translations.
  4. Select the the translation language on the upper right corner.
    • On the left side the the default language is shown.
    • On the right side the translation fields for the selected language.
  5. Either translate the instruction elements one by one manually
  6. Or click on Auto translate
  7. The Auto translate will fill out the fields automatically, but will not save them automatically, so you have a chance to manually correct faulty translations before saving.
  8. Save changes.

  2. Select an element type you want to translate.

Option 1: Select your language before execution

  1. Navigate to "Manufacturing" as operator
  2. Click on "Settings" which is placed above the search field.
  3. Change the selected language.
  4. Select work instruction.
  5. Click "Execute".


Option 2: Switch language during execution

  1. During a work instruction execution.
  2. Click on language abbreviation on the upper left corner.
  3. Select the language you want to have displayed.
  4. Continue execution.
