1️⃣ What is included in the Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a 30-minute, free consultation where we:
✅ Analyze your current situation (AS-IS state)
✅ Define a potential TO-BE state
✅ Develop a tailor-made solution and outline next steps

This call is non-binding and free of charge. It helps determine whether Setago is the right solution for your production processes.


2️⃣ Do I need to install the Setago App for the trial?

No. Setago runs entirely in your web browser – no installation required.
All you need is:
🔹 A stable internet connection
🔹 A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari recommended)


3️⃣ Which devices can I use to test the app?

Setago is device-independent and works on PCs, laptops, and tablets.
Our recommendations:
✔ Screen size: At least 10 inches (e.g., a tablet) for optimal display quality
✔ Recommended browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari


📌 Tip: Setago is optimized for touch operation but can also be used with a mouse and keyboard.


4️⃣ How does the 30-day trial work?

1️⃣ After the Discovery Call, a test user account is activated for an email address of your choice.
2️⃣ This user can (if desired) invite additional test users.
3️⃣ The trial period lasts for 30 days from activation.


📌 Tip: The trial includes full access to all software functions – no limitations.


5️⃣ What is included in the trial version of the App?

The trial version is designed to let you explore all essential features of Setago.
✔ Full software functionality
✔ Creating & managing work instructions
✔ Access to variants, traceability & workflows
❌ Hardware integrations (e.g., Pick-by-Light, scanners) are not included

6️⃣ Do I need to cancel or deactivate the trial account?

🔹 No, cancellation is not required.
🔹 If we don’t hear from you before the trial ends, your account will be automatically deactivated after 90 days.
🔹 There is no automatic renewal or hidden costs.
